網路不實評價 紐約開罰

（中央社記者江今葉紐約2013年9月23日專電）紐約檢察官辦公室今天宣布，開罰19家企業共35萬美元罰金，因為這些企業涉嫌在網路上發表不實評論，欺瞞消費者。

紐約州檢察長史奈德曼（Eric Schneiderman）宣布，經過1年多的調查，共查獲19家企業涉嫌在包括谷歌（Google）、雅虎（Yahoo）與Yelp等網站上，假冒消費者，協助公司行號偽造不實評價，企圖欺瞞消費者，讓消費者登門消費。檢察官辦公室共開出35萬美元罰款。

執法人員假扮成布魯克林區一家優格專賣店老闆，因為網站常收到負面評價，求助這些企業。這些企業透過在孟加拉、菲律賓與東歐的寫手，以一篇只1美元的代價，假造正面評價。這些企業甚至找寫手在自家網站撰寫該企業從不做虛假評價。

史奈德曼表示，這些網路評價是消費者消費的重要依據，90%的消費者表示這些評價會影響他們的購物決策，他引述哈佛商學院的一份報告指出，Yelp網站上一家一星級的餐廳因評價上調，收入可望增加約5%到9%。

根據檢察官辦公室的文件，包括牙醫診所、律師事務所，甚至超音波診所都會花錢請人撰寫不實評價，以吸引病患上門。
