| 天兔廣東造成25死 已減弱為熱帶低壓

天兔颱風在大陸廣東登陸後，已造成廣東至少25人死亡，汕頭老城區幾乎全淹、廣東多段鐵路列車上午繼續停運。
天兔昨晚登陸廣東省汕尾市後強度減弱，今天清晨6點在廣東清遠境內減弱為熱帶風暴。
天兔今天中午前後將進入廣西。廣東西北部、廣西東北部和湖南南部等地將出現局部有大暴雨。

| 陸股解碼／網路、傳媒 短線可關注

滬深兩市昨天因權重股集體下挫震盪收低，隨大陸製造業採購經理人指數（PMI）連兩個月持穩在象徵擴張的50之上，顯示內、外需回溫，預估復甦腳步持續，有利資金持續回籠股市。
陸股基本面好轉，技術面跟著偏多，美國貨幣寬鬆政策（QE）變數暫時消除，預期多頭格局仍有望延續，在11月大陸三中全會召開前，經濟轉型與政策改革概念股，仍將是行情熱點。
由於「十一」長假緊接而來，短線可關注因長假可能受惠的旅遊酒店、網際網路及影視傳媒等概念股；也需留意越接近休假前，可能使市場資金偏向觀望，行情可能轉趨震盪。
滙豐銀行公布大陸9月PMI初值上升至51.2，已連續兩個月處於50以上，較8月的終值高1.1，為官方推進改革創造有利條件。大陸總理李克強表態讓金融、石油等行情領域放寬市場准入，還有電力、鐵路市場化改革等議題，預估都也會是熱門概念股題材。
根據美銀美林的基金經理調查顯示，亞太地區基金在9月增持中國股票。不過，環球基金對與中國有聯繫的資產如新興市場、大宗商品，及零息概念資產如債券、防守性股份興趣大減。由於全球主要經濟體如美國、日本及歐元區，以及大陸經濟復甦趨勢明確，帶動散裝航運指標BDI指數持續大漲，增添大陸經濟處於復甦軌道的有力證明。

| 世衛:全球15%的人 有某種形式的殘疾

世界衛生組織發佈訊息指出，目前全世界有超過10億人，約佔世界人口的15%，患有某種形式的殘疾。當殘障者試圖獲得醫療保健時，會遇到包括過高的費用、有限的可用服務等一系列障礙。
世衛指出，由於人口老齡化和慢性疾病的增多，殘障率正在不斷上升。其中1.1億到1.9億成年人，有很嚴重的功能性障礙。而殘障者獲得的醫療保健，存在著需求未得到滿足的情況。
根據世衛組織的定義，「殘疾」是損傷、活動受限以及參與限制的總稱。殘疾是疾病患者與個人及環境因素之間的相互作用。
