利用Sony PC Companion備份音樂~電話~圖片.. 再把手機還原到原來版本..... 然後再把備份回復..... 記得還原備份有選項"設定"不要勾選 應該就可以了! 我的XS也遇到這問題~也是這樣解決問題的! 有錯再研究一下 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.127.1.41

| 黑莓盈警次季料巨虧近10億美元 全球計劃裁員40%

智能手機市場競爭加劇，近期諾基亞被微軟打救後，市場關注跌入谷底的加拿大手機生產商黑莓(BlackBerry)的發展去向。該公司最新發出盈警，預計第二財季將虧損9.5至9.95億美元，每股虧損約47至51美仙，遠高於市場預期的虧損16美元。第二季初步營收預計為16億美元，為市場預計的30.3億美元之一半，智能手機出貨量預計為370萬部，亦近乎為第一財經680萬部的一半。
經營業績轉入寒冬模式，黑莓宣布全球裁員約4500人，約佔員工總數的40%，此外還將在2015財年首財季前削減運營支出50%、未來智能手機產品線由現在的6個縮減到4個等。為了縮減成本，黑莓曾分別在2011年7月和2012年6月宣布裁員2000人和5000人。
今年8月，黑莓宣布成立特別委員會，對公司進行評估，探索包括合營、戰略結盟、出售公司在內的多種戰略選項。有消息透露，黑莓希望在11月之前找到買家。外電引述知情人士透露消息，黑莓創始人之一、前聯席執行總裁Mike Lazaridis正在與私募股權投資公司展開談判，有可能聯合競購黑莓。
市場研究公司IDC的數據顯示，今年第二季度，黑莓的全球市場佔有率首次被微軟的Windows Phone智能手機超越，從去年同期的近5%下滑至不到3%，排在全球第四，微軟為3.7%。
盈警發布後，黑莓股票在多倫多證交所及納斯達克曾一度停止交易，恢複交易後重挫兩成，上周五在美國市場收市跌17%。
