| Gameloft 及 Essilor 宣佈合作計劃 推出《Let's Golf! 3》新免費版本「Essilor Cu

數碼及社交遊戲開發商 Gameloft 及眼鏡光學公司 Essilor，今天（9 月 23 日）共同宣布雙方合作計劃，於 iPhone、iPad 和 iPod touch 上推出《Let's Golf! 3》的新一代免費版本 Essilor Cup。這次創新的宣傳活動，旨在提醒玩家保持良好視力，以及保護、檢查雙眼的重要性。
《Let's Golf! 3》新版本「Essilor Cup」收錄了最高比賽難度的高爾夫球場「Tuscany」。玩家只需要於遊戲中回答有關視力保護的簡單測驗即可解鎖球場。遊戲亦加入 2 款新迷你遊戲。在限時內，玩家必須根據球場上的情況選擇合適的眼鏡。以此教育玩家，合適的眼鏡可以矯正、保護視力，而且更舒適。
Gameloft 副總裁（業務發展及品牌合作） Alexandre Tan 表示：「Gameloft 很榮幸地提供 Essilor一種創新的平台，於輕鬆悠閒的環境下接觸消費者。這次合作將提供 Essilor 一種新的推廣活動方式，同時提供玩家高質的遊戲內容。」

國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）3日上午9時起舉行行動寬頻業務（4G）釋照競價作業，各家業者代表在報到處報到，準備進行第一回合競標。（圖／中央社／102年9月3日）

底標359億元的4G寬頻釋照競價作業，24日進行到第15天144回合，總標金已達624.95億元，溢價74.08%。與3G相較，336億元底價，最後由5家業者以488.99億元奪得，溢價45.53%，可看出下一代高速寬頻市場商機更為誘人。
NCC此次開放行動寬頻業務，是為了因應國際發展趨勢，以提供國人優質高速寬頻服務、增進消費者權益、合理反映商用頻譜價值為目的，經召開4次說明會廣納各界意見，完成釋照規劃，大筆標金也將挹注國庫。
不過，業者搶標如果過熱，當然會對未來的4G使用者權益造成影響，競價成本勢必會轉嫁到消費者身上，因此，在競價規則中，NCC設計了防過熱機制，例如每回合報價，最低價為暫時得標價加暫時得標價之3%，最高價為暫時得標價加暫時得標價之7%。另外，NCC擬於明日公布台灣與全球12國4G釋照標金的比較。
目前各頻段競逐的焦點，以1800MHz-C5最熱，因為該頻段目前未有業者使用，有利於搶先開台，新進業者更是不能放過。
繼續參與4G釋照競標業者包括：中華電信、台灣大哥大、台灣之星（頂新集團）、亞太電信、國碁（鴻海集團）、遠傳電信等6家。

| 「比黑人還黑」 男子墜大排獲救滿身泥

【張貴翔／新北報導】新北市1名65歲張姓男子，今天中午12時許，在五股中興路與新五路口要替捷運公司觀測車流量，剛把機器架好拿起手機要打電話聯絡公司時，不慎失足掉落一旁3公尺深的大排水溝內；張男墜落後卡在汙泥中不斷呼救，被一旁加油站員工發現報警，警消人員趕到及時架梯協助張男上岸。
警消人員表示，抵達現場發現張男全身陷在淤泥中，所幸水流不強，張男幸運毫髮無傷，只有全身沾滿淤泥，所幸發現的早，否則後果不堪設想。
