儘管國民黨中常會延期，但929嗆馬活動依舊不受影響。從今（28）日上午開始，白衫軍、全國關廠工人連線、黑衫軍的嗆馬活動將陸續登場，大家要用行動，向總統馬英九表達不滿與憤怒。

929一早由公民行動嗆馬聯盟活動拉開序幕，白衫軍將號召民眾9點29分於捷運小南門站集合，大家一起散步到總統官邸，向馬英九嗆聲。接著準備集體寫信貼郵票，寄到總統府請馬英九下台。台大創傷部醫師柯文哲也會現身到場支持。

全國關廠工人連線等社運團體，下午也要在於國父紀念館舉辦連串活動，包括首場「萬人威鞋（威脅）募鞋活動」及「金靠盃～落跑總統」路跑賽等，大家希望能募鞋1萬雙鞋，準備在國民黨全代會當天萬鞋齊發。

下午4點，要繼續在同場地舉行「政府殺人受難者」公祭哀悼會，大家準備哀悼遭政府逼迫的75位關廠工人，以及亞化工會、工殤過勞死、高速公路收費員燒炭等上百人。

到了晚上，由媒體人葛樹人發起的黑衫軍也要在凱道集結，晚會六點開始，除了邀請各民間團體登台向總統嗆聲，凱道兩側也會各放一道「火大牆」，讓民眾書寫心中怨氣。黑衫軍還自己編製了怒吼歌，歌詞為「換掉、換掉，笨蛋把他換掉」，就是要馬總統感受到民間不滿聲浪。
