【呂健豪／台北報導】嚇死人！台北市木柵地區今天上午10時許，發生1起巨石砸車的意外事故，整個過程猶如電影「絕命終結站」，一輛載運3塊大型石塊的拖板車，行經木柵路四段與秀明路口時，疑似因用來固定石塊的鎖鏈斷裂，導致其中一顆石塊掉落，並砸向對向車道的休旅車，嚇得休旅車上的駕駛與妻子趕緊抱著小孩從副駕駛座逃出，所幸並未造成傷亡，警方也立即到場處理，並釐清後續相關責任。

【黃揚明／台北報導】針對法務代理部長陳明堂今宣布將針對監聽國會成立調查小組，民進黨團總召柯建銘表示，行政調查根本無法釐清真相，檢察總長黃世銘應即日起停、解職，且法務部應將黃及本案相關特偵組承辦人員移送台北地檢署偵辦、立即查扣保全相關證物。

柯建銘也抨擊，即將接任法務部長的羅瑩雪竟公開說黃世銘無犯意，根本是圍魏救趙、一丘之貉，證實羅就是取代曾勇夫配合黃世銘的棋子，「根本不適任法務部長！」他說，未來羅瑩雪到立法院所面臨的第一項任務就是裁徹特偵組，若無法回應廣大支持民意，會很快面臨下台命運。

柯建銘強調，黃世銘道歉並不夠，總統馬英九是共同正犯，也必須道歉。他也呼籲國民黨團不要再阻撓立院成立調閱委員會，國會同仁應不分藍綠，共同追究並調查這樁比「水門案」嚴重百倍的總統公然監聽國會的國際醜聞、共同完成裁徹特偵組修法的歷史任務。
