| 國民黨抗告遭駁回 胡志強：希望高層有智慧

立法院長王金平黨籍假處分案，國民黨提出抗告遭駁回。對此，媒體詢問台中市長，胡志強表示，國人都希望安定，希望高層有智慧，盡量恢復安定。
國民黨抗告遭駁回後，政壇傳出倒閣、解散國會等說 法，希望解決政治僵局。胡志強指出：台北政壇可能置身風暴內，他很慶幸自己在台中，台中可能在暴風圈外，他希望保持在暴風圈外，希望風暴早日過去，任何事情讓風暴延長，都不是國家社會之福。

| 蘇丹抗議受害者照片 部長：造假

蘇丹內政部長哈米德(Ibrahim Mahmoud Hamed)今天(30日)說，網路上流傳的蘇丹抗議民眾遭安全部隊開槍的照片，「大部份在社會媒體網站流傳的這類照片都是來自埃及」。
哈米德說，這些照片是偽造的。
蘇丹政府因為調高燃料價格及停止燃料費補助，引發民眾抗議，過去一週來引發警民流血衝突，造成已知33人死亡，但是人權團體指大約有50人喪生。

| 監督銷毀化武 UN小組抵貝魯特

貝魯特機場消息人士指出，負責監督敘利亞化學武器銷毀作業的檢查小組，已經在今天(30日)抵達貝魯特，將在10月1日繼續前往大馬士革。
貝魯特國家通訊社指出，這個小組是由來自禁止化學武器組織(Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons)的20名專家組成，他們是搭乘私人飛機抵達貝魯特，預定10月1日前往敘利亞。
