9月大陸100個城市（新建）住宅平均價格再創新高，達每平方米人民幣10,554元（每坪約新台幣16.8萬元），漲幅較上個月擴大0.15個百分點，同時此數據也是自去年6月以來，連續第16個月上漲。

信報報導，中國指數研究院今日發布9月百城房價報告指出，大陸100個城市住宅平均價與去年同期相比上漲9.48%，較上個月擴大0.87個百分點。

數據顯示，9月有79個城市按月上漲，較8月增加8個，漲幅在1%或以上的有34個，較8月增加3個。

報導稱，北京房價較上月上漲3.75%，漲幅居全大陸之首，其次為深圳，按月漲3.15%，再來分別是廣州和上海。

針對票價將於10月8日調漲，親民黨立委陳怡潔指出，據高鐵財報顯示，高鐵已自2011年開始轉虧為盈，去年賺了40億元，今年前八個月也賺了20億元，根本沒有票價不敷成本的問題。

陳怡潔進一步說，高鐵通車至今滿座率只有五成左右，五成的滿座率卻能賺錢，顯示票價其實很高，這是因為國內航空已經被高鐵打趴了，民眾沒有選擇，只能搭乘高鐵，高鐵現在該做的應該是提供更多優惠，鼓勵民眾搭乘高鐵，提高滿座率，這樣才是良性循環，而不是一直漲票價。
