【綜合報導】貴州貴陽一名盲人按摩師，按摩方式與眾不同。
這名按摩師將鐵棒放在按摩部位，然後如鐵匠師傅般，手持鐵錘敲打，鐵錘撞擊鐵棒時發出清脆的聲響，讓人聽了不寒而慄，不過倒是吸引不人人駐足觀看，還有民眾拍下畫面上傳到網路上，就不知道這門獨家按摩功夫，是否安全。

| 江揆上台否？ 王金平：望本次院會解決

行政院長江宜樺今天（4號）第五度受邀前往立法院進行施政報告，恐將又遭在野杯葛上不了台。立法院長王金平今天（4號）出席院會時表示，還會再協商，但希望本次院會能夠解決這個問題。
王金平說：『馬上就要再進行協商看看，那最後問題總要解決的啦！所以昨天就希望各自帶著一個大家的期待，回去黨團再開會一次，今天早上在協商以後，看狀況！但是我們希望，本次院會儘量能夠把這個問題解決。解決之道，我想大家再商量。』
至於台北地檢署昨天（3號）傳訊馬總統與江宜樺，然而王金平與柯建銘卻好像全身而退？王金平則不改低調態度回應表示，一切都按法律程序走。

| 歐巴馬與國會領袖商討無果 政府停運持續

美國總統歐巴馬在白宮與多名國會領袖會面一個多小時，尋求聯邦政府恢復運作的途徑，但沒有結果。
共和黨眾議院議長博納表示，歐巴馬說不會與共和黨進行談判，也拒絕共和黨提出的四個撥款建議。
