【胡治言／綜合報導】日前南投縣消防員為協助民眾捉貓，卻意外墜樓重傷住院，桃園縣消防局擬重新檢討救援動物勤務，以後將只協助受虐、受傷、生命危險個案。

今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，桃園縣政府消防局統計，去年受理的動物救護案件共有854件，其中有5成7是救貓任務，但貓真正有危險的比率極低，大多數情況貓只是躲在屋頂，並無立即危險。消防局未來擬只處理危急案件，如非緊急狀況，將轉告各相關業務單位處理。

【王郁倫／台北報導】Windows與iOS作業系統市佔率雙雙下滑，由Chrome小勝！據美國市場研究Net Applications報告顯示，Win 8.1上市後市佔率攀升，加上Win 8在內，市佔率合計超過10%，但因XP下滑，整體Windows銷量仍衰退至90.73%，蘋果更衰退至7.54%，僅Linux（含Chrome與Android）市佔增長至1.73%。
