檢察總長黃世銘被質疑向總統馬英九報告關說涉嫌洩密案，北檢今日（3日）傳喚馬總統、行政院院長江宜樺、前總統府副秘書長羅智強等人，以證人身分應訊。羅智強在應訊結束接受媒體訪問時，受到抗議民眾動粗並嗆聲：「蟑螂小強」，羅智強無奈呼籲民眾保持理性。
羅智強說，民主社會應互相尊重，雖然自己意見未必站在多數一方，也做好被羞辱的心理準備，但還是要保持對彼此意見的尊重，呼籲民眾理性看待。他表示，站在馬英九的對面不需要勇氣，但站在馬英九的同一邊還需要一些傻氣，自認做的事情沒有錯，會在適當時間再做表達意見。
對於外界質疑黃世銘，在案件尚未簽結之前，就兩次到總統官邸向馬英九報告內容，可能涉及洩密一事，馬總統表示，根據法律規定，國民有作證義務，檢察機關有這個需要他，都會配合。
今晚北檢大動作傳喚所有關係人，除被告黃世銘外，還以證人身份傳喚總統馬英九、行政院長江宜樺及總統府前副秘書長羅智強等人，法務部也成立監聽調查小組，為瞭解特偵組聲請監聽立法院0972總機的原因、過程，特偵組前發言人楊榮宗、承辦檢察官鄭深元、檢察事務官何其非、支援特偵組的房姓警員、調查局通訊監察處王姓科長與2名調查官及刑事局通訊監察中心2名警員共9人都被約談。
法務部政務次長陳明堂表示，今日（3日）最主要是要了解特偵組當初聲請監聽的過程及為何聲請監聽，有無濫權，9人在約詢結束後，都已離開法務部。
