| 證券大老涉炒基因國際？ 金管會要瞭解

台北地檢署偵辦パン達人母公司、股票上櫃「基因國際」內線交易案，金管會主委曾銘宗今天(3日)在立法院財政委員會答詢時表示，金管會早在去年12月就已經掌握，但因未構成內線交易的要件，所以沒有移送。對於傳出有證券大老配合炒股，曾銘宗也表示金管會會進一步瞭解。
パン達人訴求麵包「未採用香精」，涉及廣告不實，而母公司「基因國際」的股價在上櫃後暴漲暴跌，檢調也正追查是否涉及內線交易。
櫃買中心董事長吳壽山3日在立法院備詢時表示，基因國際在去年借殼上市後，櫃買中心就啟動監視機制，去年有15次、今年則有6次，並實施過分盤交易，避免搓合交易的時間過度集中，也曾經在股市觀測站上提醒投資人要特別留意股價。吳壽山說：『(原音)去年時候，對於這支基因國際有採取分盤的交易，10月3日到9日有5次的分盤，就是進入另外一種警訊。』
金管會主委曾銘宗則表示，早在去年12月，駐會檢察官就已經認為基因國際有問題，但因為不構成證交法內線交易的要件，所以沒有移送。由於近期傳出有證券大老配合炒股，曾銘宗表示，金管會會進一步瞭解。曾銘宗說：『(原音)報章雜誌有提到證券業大老，我們有在瞭解。(立委林德福：我是認為應該要去查個水落石出，給社會大眾一個交代)是。』
基因國際的股價在檢調2日大動作搜索影響下，終場以跌停價位79.8元作收，3日開盤再度跳空跌停，股價為74.3元。
