【綜合報導】交通部提供最新公開的費率方案，國道計程的收費方式，以小型車來看，是每天每車前20公里不計費，而200公里內，每公里1.2元，200公里以上，每公里按照0.9元計算，而從計次變計程，預計最快年底前上路。
新方案實施後，北高單趟收費，會比現行的計次360元來的低，走國道1號會便宜18元，走國道3號會便宜2元。但是部分路段的收費會漲價，像是國3的關西到白河，要付244元，比現行要多付84元，國3的關西到古坑系統要多付82塊，另外，國1的林口到五堵，計程比計次省64元，國3的白河到竹田系統省62元。
這項措施實施之後，全台500多萬名eTag用戶，原先優惠的通行費9折，恐怕都要取消了。

| 開高走高 台股大漲142點

（中央社台北3日電）台北股市今天開高走高，收盤上漲142.5點，為8359.02點，漲幅1.73%，成交金額新台幣1140.47億元。
加權指數今天開盤為8231.68點，盤中最高8376.79點，最低8231.68點；不含金融股指數7030.07點，上漲111.76點。
八大類股漲幅為：泥窯股漲1.2%、食品股漲4%、塑化股漲1.8%、紡織股漲3.7%、機電股漲1.4%、造紙股漲1.5%、營建股漲1.2%、金融股漲2.5%。
委買張數1046萬1175張，委賣張數849萬619張，成交張數520萬7241張。
收盤時上漲3738家，下跌1536家，持平390家。
成交量前5名個股為聯電、友達、日月光、群創、仁寶。
漲幅前5名個股為本盟、佳必琪、精誠、喬鼎、神達。
跌幅前5名個股為和大、怡利電、F-貿聯、偉詮電、吉祥全。1021003
