（中央社記者黃貞貞倫敦2日專電）英國泰晤士報高等教育特刊今天公布2013-2014世界最佳大學排行報告，美國加州理工學院連續第3年勇奪第1，哈佛與牛津大學並列第2，東京大學是亞洲最佳大學。

參與調查的資料分析專家吉布尼（Elizabeth Gibney）告訴中央社記者，今年的調查與去年相較沒有大幅變動，排名前200的大學仍以美國的77所最多，英國以31所排名第2，亞洲大學排名升高的情況仍延續，但不若去年明顯。

吉布尼說，全球前10名的大學與去年相同，只是排名有些許變動，哈佛大學從第4名升到第2名，史丹佛由去年的第2名跌到第4名，這些知名大學在學術研究、國際合作、聲譽等項目的表現都極為出色，領先地位很難被撼動。

今年前200名全球最佳大學，共來自26個國家，較去年增加2國，增加土耳其、西班牙和挪威，巴西則跌出200名外。

東京大學排名上升4名，到第23名，是亞洲排名最佳的大學，總計有5所日本大學進前200大，也是亞洲第1，表現優於去年。

中國大陸北京大學從去年的第46名提高到第45名，清華大學從去年的第52名提升到第50名，與美國波士頓大學排名相同。

泰晤士報高等教育特刊（Times Higher Education）世界前20名大學依序是：

加州理工學院、哈佛與牛津大學並列第2、史丹佛大學、麻省理工學院、普林斯頓大學、劍橋大學、加州大學柏克萊分校、芝加哥大學、倫敦帝國學院（Imperial College London）。

耶魯大學、加州大學洛杉磯分校、哥倫比亞大學、蘇黎世聯邦理工學院（Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich）、約翰霍普金斯大學、賓州大學（University of Pennsylvania）、杜克大學（Duke University）、密西根大學（University of Michigan）、康乃爾大學、多倫多大學。

泰晤士報高等教育專刊10年前進行世界大學排行榜調查，使用教學與學習環境、學術影響力，論文報告被引用情況、研究報告發表數量、引用情況及聲譽、國際師生人數、發表的論文數量；研究資金與產業創新等13個指標進行分析。1021003
