國民黨政爭和解路艱難，國民黨不對立法院長王金平國民黨籍假處分案抗告，因為國民黨對於假處分案仍有速審速決的說法，讓王方面有疑慮，昨天晚上有立委穿梭溝通，高層親口說明，昨天國民黨聲明，在立場上絕對是和解的善意，但有關訴訟程序的說法，是必須回應熱心支持馬英九總統的民眾，也不能忽視他們的聲音。

馬英九與王金平的政爭，雙方互動處處見機鋒。從周五行政院長江宜樺會見王金平開始化解誤會，這場由國民黨立委促成的王江會，本來王對於行政院向媒體曝光，事後確有微詞，抱怨行政院的作法，似乎有操作之嫌。

江宜樺知道王的誤會後，立刻透過王金平信任的立委，向王金平溝通，希望王金平不要誤會江的善意，王聽進去了，周六上午王方面透過聲明，肯定江宜樺的善意。

據了解，王對於國民黨聲明當中速審速決的態度，有非常多的疑慮，立委看了也對馬陣營的論述能力直搖頭，抱怨這樣的和解動作，等於沒有效果。昨天立委擔心政爭和解破局，趕忙奔走在王馬之間。

周六晚間，高層向立委說明，希望澄清王方面的疑慮，高層解釋，國民黨聲明在全篇的調子上，最大的目的，就是要對王表達善意，但是先前已經有一個大是大非問題的定位，這不能夠隨便轉彎，有許多馬英九粉絲很認同這個看法，即使為了平息紛爭要與王和解，也不能忽視這些馬迷的想法，所以必須回應這些人的看法，要對訴訟案有個說法，至於法院要如何審理，審理出什麼結果，就不是國民黨方面可以控制。

立委接受國民黨高層的說法，也透過管道讓王方面理解，至於這場政爭能否早日平息，也正因為馬王雙方互信不足，才會很容易因為這些文字上的意義差別，挑動雙方敏感神經。

綠批「假和解、真追殺」

國民黨主席馬英九表態不對立法院長王金平的黨籍假處分案再提抗告，行政院長江宜樺也在周五與立法院長王金平進一步闢室密談，外界解讀政治僵局似乎逐漸解凍。但看在民進黨團的眼裡，「這是假和解、真追殺」，黨團總召柯建銘今天強調，一點都沒有破冰跡象。

「不是大是大非，馬英九你是大錯特錯，應該大徹大悟」，柯建銘上午呼籲，馬英九應給民眾一個喘息空間，「這是你最後的機會，這個機會稍縱即逝」，必須著眼國家重建、憲政重建、法制面重建。

柯建銘再度向馬總統喊話，審慎思考他所指出的3條「逃命線」，包括認錯道歉、撤換江宜樺、廢除特偵組並且要求黃世銘下台，他並建議黃世銘抓緊他自己的「逃命線」，轉作汙點證人。

民進黨團副書記長李俊俋指出，無論馬主席收手抗告、或者江王會破冰，都不影響民進黨立場，「監聽爭議還是存在」，江宜樺也必須為不尊重國會的態度道歉，他說，雖然王金平在黨團協商中，持續勸退在野黨「放行」，但到目前為止民進黨團仍不會讓步。

民進黨立委葉宜津說，抗告與否是國民黨的家務事，民進黨團維持一貫主張未變。積極推動的不信任案，截至目前為止，已有36名立委連署，但何時提出倒閣，葉宜津表示，〔木還在與黨團、黨中央協調，畢竟黨主席蘇貞昌所設下兩周提出憲政手段的期限還沒到。總召柯建銘也說「不急」。

立院本周議事，除了委員會繼續排定監聽案報告，也排定討論油電雙漲對民生的衝擊問，在野黨將如何運作攻防？柯建銘說，「一步一步來，到時候就知道」。
