標題[請益] 應徵大公司管道在要官網還是104？

公司 鴻海精密工業 旺宏電子 世界先進 工作地 新北市頂埔，需出差 竹科，不須出差 竹科，不須出差 部門 汽車整合事業群 製造部 製造部 職缺 採購工程師 製造部主任 生產部課長 薪資 43K以下；14個月(含年終) 51K以下；14個月(輪班) 47K以下；16個月(輪班) 股票 完整一年後有股票 無 無 工時 10hr UP 12hr UP 做二休二 12hr UP 做三休三 住宿 半價宿舍，約3~4K/月 住宿6K 住宿6K 優點 1.不用輪班 2.事業群正在長大 3.唯一有股票 薪水相對採購高 薪水相對採購高 缺點 1.起薪低 2.內部升遷未知 輪班擔心身體 輪班擔心身體 3.新人當採購經驗不足 (不管對內或是對外社會經驗) 疑問 1.車用電子前景到底如何? 1.主管承諾約2~3年 與 2.鴻海企業文化下工作氣氛 會離開代線 機會 不知好不好? 3.鴻海要跳到其他公司方便嗎? 4.採購如果不喜歡轉職方便嗎? 5.新人當採購到底適不適合? 　　以上大概是我的offer，其實也有其他offer，但是我覺得房租付完就沒剩多少錢了， 所以暫不考慮，會列兩個帶線是想問如果要去帶線，大家推哪一間？ 　　另外我這篇主要是想問對工工管背景畢業的新鮮人來說，以前輩們經驗來看，到底是 採購較佳還是帶線佳?我考慮的點是擔心採購未來的發展途徑不明，學的東西又比較難以 量化，社會經驗也輸人，搞不好被供應商吃死死的，需不需要先在產品線吸收一點經驗再 再轉採購。第二點是其實我蠻想做PP或PC，可惜拿到的PP、PC offer不理想，旺宏承諾 可以轉PP，但是採購是不是轉不回來製造端了? 　　如果有人可以私下提供鴻海汽車事業群的發展，以及其採購需有的能力，我會相當 感激您!!!因為這對新鮮人來說資訊相當不明阿... 　　再次謝謝各位前輩看完這篇文章，請大家多多給意見！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.254.102.80
