【陳郁仁／台北報導】外交部發佈新聞稿表示，位於加勒比海的英國海外領地蒙哲臘（Montserrat），公告給予我國人非工作性質的免簽證待遇，凡持用中華民國有效護照，即可免簽入境蒙哲臘旅遊，最長可停留6個月。如需延長停留時間，需向蒙島移民局提出申請。

蒙哲臘位於加勒比海，土地面積約102平方公里，人口約5,489人。蒙島有火山活動，夏秋兩季常見颶風。外交部提醒國人赴蒙哲臘旅遊，務必注意自身安全並遵守當地法令，若有急難救助需要，請就近聯繫我駐聖克里斯多福及尼維斯大使館：+1-869-6624792或+1-869-6622785；或撥打「旅外國人緊急服務專線」。+886-800-085-095。

我覺得我的PS功力真的很厲害
我身邊朋友有要修圖都會來找我
其實，都是修自己的照片練出來的.........
說來心酸啊!!自己的臉有夠鬆的，可是自己又很愛拍照
每拍完一張照片還得用PS修片
鼻子挺一點~還有就是鬆開的臉給推緊，這樣臉看起來比較小
給朋友看我的照片人家都知道我修很大
因為臉滿鬆的，一定要用的美肌一點才不會被看出來
但是我希望以後拍完照可以不要再修圖修很大
前幾天在報紙上有看到什麼4D羽毛線拉提術
這是可以治療臉鬆的問題嗎?
請有經驗的水水們和我分享唷!!
