中國大陸旅遊法上路，引發來台陸客團人數下降效應，勢必衝擊台灣的觀光產業，高雄市政府觀光局長許傳盛今（7）日表示，將向中央爭取開放更多中國大陸自由行觀光客額度，同時強打國際行銷，以開拓更多的國際觀光客源。

許傳盛說，陸客團減少當然會衝擊到專做陸客生意和廉價團的相關產業，市府將向中央爭取開放更多中國大陸自由行觀光客額度，市府也同時規劃爭取廉價航空飛航高雄，以及增闢新航線，擴大陸客自由行的市場。

同時，市府也積極推動國際間的城市行銷，像是高雄暖冬行、結合交通或是景點免門票等優惠，希望爭取日本、韓國等地的觀光客前來高雄旅遊，開拓來到高雄旅遊的客源。

許傳盛說，去年高雄市累計約有685萬人次的觀光客，其中陸客佔了大約150萬人次，其他包括國民旅遊、東南亞、東北亞觀光客等，也都仍有潛在市場。
