| 群益微電影徵件 獎金40萬元

群益金鼎證券為吸引小資年輕族群的目光焦點，攜手銘傳大學舉辦微電影徵件比賽活動，提供近40萬元高額獎金，邀請創意十足的全台大專院校學生，用時下最夯的微電影，拍出小資本創造大財富與大幸福的故事。
群益金鼎證券董事長王濬智表示，近年來微電影備受矚目，因此首次舉辦微電影徵件比賽，就是希望藉由淺顯易懂的影片，讓時下更多年輕人認識權證商品，以微電影拍出小資本創造大財富與大幸福的故事，遠勝過啃讀厚厚的書籍，較易被接受與理解，更有助權證商品的推廣。
群益金鼎證券衍生性商品部副總經理楊杰斌表示，多年來致力權證教育校園通路的推展，相當激賞學生的無限創意，今年首次與銘傳大學傳播學院進行產學合作，希望邀集校園好手催生優秀的微電影作品，除了推廣影像創作文化產業，提供影像創作新人嶄露鋒芒的平台，透過微電影於網路上廣泛傳播，更能讓許多人了解權證商品，同時希望從活動中發掘優秀人才進入群益金融集團就業，一展長才。
凡年滿18歲、不限國籍的國內大專院校在學學生，即日起可至群益微電影活動網站（www.capital.com.tw/Activity/weifilm/）報名，徵件於11月底截止。

| 兩岸四地消費信心 我仍居末

第三季兩岸四地消費者信心指數今天出爐，台灣僅七十七點四，大陸、香港、澳門分別為九十一點五、八十二點三、八十六點二。其中，受台股偏多激勵，台灣的投資股票時機分指數達一○一點五，居各分指數之冠。
這項由輔仁大學與中國大陸中央財經大學、首都經濟貿易大學、香港城市大學、澳門科技大學聯合製作，每季發佈的兩岸四地消費者信心指數，上午在北京發表上述數字。
由輔大調查的第三季台灣消費者信心指數顯示，在八項分指數中，「投資股票時機」，較第二季上升七點三，上升點數及幅度均居冠。
