| 護蔥有成 宜警逮獲偷蔥賊

宜蘭縣三星蔥每逢颱風或大雨期間，價格飆漲，成為宵小覬覦的目標，日前發生多起青蔥失竊案件，宜蘭警方擴大辦理「護蔥專案」，針對蔥田規劃深夜勤務，加強巡守查緝，今天清晨成功逮到偷蔥賊，起出57公斤的青蔥。
宜蘭縣三星警分局指出，今天凌晨3點20分左右，三星派出所副所長林文鴻與交通分隊小隊長林俊男2人執行護蔥專案勤務，在三星鄉貴林村南北幹一路附近，攔查到一部行跡可疑的貨車，發現後車箱竟裝滿還沾有泥土的青蔥，原本偷蔥賊還狡猾辯稱是當地蔥農，經警方曉以大義，竊嫌才坦承是剛剛從蔥田偷拔的，總計起出青蔥57公斤，兩人並供稱這次是第二次到三星作案，偷蔥後原本打算載運到市場販賣。
全案警方偵訊後依竊盜罪移送法辦，並將擴大追查有無其他共犯，以及銷贓管道。

| 工商團體籲開國是會議 江揆未承諾

6大工商團體龍頭憂心國內政治鬥爭影響國內經濟，9日到行政院向行政院長江宜樺提出召開國是會議等訴求。不過，江宜樺並未承諾召開國是會議。
江揆回應時表示，行政院絕對關心國家安定、民生福祉，對當前的經濟與非經濟因素，當然都感同身受，也會密切注意。江揆並請工商界放心，儘管行政院長一直未上台施政報告，但行政院目前政務照推，並未懈怠政務。
另外，工商界關心的服貿議題、台紐經貿協議等，在立法院還未核備，及美國國會舉債上限是否修正，可能衝擊世界各大經濟體、大陸的經濟在趨緩、台灣的出口又降低等，江揆說，行政院一定會密切注意，並謙虛聽取各界意見。
