新聞網址： http://www.theguardian.com/film/2013/oct/08/oscars-best-foreign-language-rules-revised 縮： http://ppt.cc/Jsb2 新聞大意：美國影藝協會考慮更改外語片入圍規則，以避免有當年外語佳片成遺珠。 第一是參賽截止日期，有些來不及在奧斯卡截止日期之前於本國內上映的電影，失去 參賽代表權，例如法國『愛黛兒的一生』儘管來勢洶洶，但因為來不及在規定的十月一日 前在法國上映而失格。 但遺珠之憾最主要還是因為：出賽的影片提名權掌握在各參賽國家手裡。 當年勇奪奧斯卡四項大獎的巴西電影『無法無天』以及阿莫多瓦的『悄悄告訴她』都沒 辦法獲得自己國家的青睞角逐最佳外語片獎項。美國影藝協會擔心有些情況下，政治會左 右提名名單。因此或許未來有可能會發展出類似外卡的資格賽。 不過演藝協會也表明不會過度干預各個參賽國的提名現況。他們只能評估各個國家的相關 委員會有充分足夠的專業和代表性。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.47.164.224
