有爬過文說轉賣正版的函授資料是不違法的 但是，在補習班給的小冊子上又看到 著作權法第91-1條 第 91-1 條 擅自以移轉所有權之方法散布著作原件或其重製物而侵害他人之著作財產權者， ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ 處三年以下有期徒刑、拘役，或科或併科新臺幣五十萬元以下罰金 而想請問，到底轉賣正版的函授資料是否有違著作權法? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 203.67.5.206

| 太陽能族群 業績續揚

太陽能族群9月營收全面續揚，茂迪（6244）的23.07億元不僅創25個月來新高，也居族群之首。至於月增率則以益通（3452）最高、幅度達21.4％。
儘管一路有人「唱衰」，但太陽能產業持續復甦力道，目前看來有不少廠商的接單都相當熱絡，反映第4季淡季不淡，甚至有可能超越第3季表現。而研調機構EnergyTrend指出，目前業界殺價狀況已近尾聲，隨著新興市場需求推升，明年度太陽能廠對多晶矽需求量看增，不排除第一季就會出現供需吃緊的局面。
太陽能產業過去幾年都處於嚴重的供過於求，多晶矽價格一路下滑，導致不少新進業者不堪虧損，從2012年下半年起陸續暫停產線運作。然而，EnegyTrend認為，隨著2014年市場可望出現明顯回溫，多晶矽產線卻尚未完全復工，屆時的供需隨時有可能出現吃緊的情形，甚至供不應求。
茂迪從檢測儀器起家，後來跨入太陽能電池領域，從「產能」來看，一度是國內太陽能電池「一哥」，直到去年底才被新日光和旺能合併後所超越。茂迪目前的電池產能為1.6GW（十億瓦），由於持續滿載，9月份營收達到23.07億元，累計前3季為151.2億元，比去年同期成長30.27％。
昱晶9月營收小增1.9％、達13.65億元，隨著太陽能產業市況漸趨穩定，該公司看好第4季可維持產能滿載。而益通9月營收3.45億元，比前月大幅成長21.4％，成長力道最為強勁。
