「溫太醫」張曉龍在《愛情面前誰怕誰》中變成「痞子醫生」。

《甄嬛傳》中的「溫太醫」張曉龍，在《愛情面前誰怕誰》中卻玩起了「變臉」變成「痞子醫生」，令觀眾跌破眼鏡。張曉龍在接受廣州日報專時，坦言自己這次突破很大，他有許多身分，包括演員、教師、禮儀指導……，每一樣都不想放棄，「當然，演員是給我帶來收入最多的一個身分。」
張曉龍直言起初沒打算接演《愛情面前誰怕誰》，據報導，因為經紀人覺得這是她今年看到的最好的劇本，製作人為了他還推遲開機時間，加上有霍思燕加入，「我相信這樣的搭配會很好玩。」這才點頭加入。
外形看來年輕的張曉龍，其實已經39歲，跟鍾漢良同年。報導說，記者詢問保養秘訣時，他表示雖然會注意保養，「但我覺得這90%是靠遺傳吧，像我媽已經70多歲了，臉上也沒皺紋。」
雖然還未成家，但張曉龍和女友感情穩定，笑稱「只差沒領證而已」。據報導，他稱女朋友支持自己一切決定，父母催婚也不凶，一切都在計畫中，不過，低調的他表示，就算結婚也不會太張揚，「畢竟是兩個人的事嘛」。
