民進黨主席蘇貞昌今天宣布，立法院院會一旦召開將立即提倒閣案。國民黨團書記長林德福表示，倒閣根本是「假議題」，黨團明天中午舉行黨團大會，將取得「絕對不支持」共識，不可能讓倒閣案跨過全體立委二分之一門檻。

本周立法院程序委員會「擺烏龍」，導致明天立法院會「沒有議程」，立法院長王金平今天表示，已經發出院會開會通知，只要有人提案，仍可以處理議事。換言之，民進黨最快可在明天提出倒閣案。

國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池指出，院會議程未定，國民黨團將先提出議事日程草案，若民進黨反對，則以表決方式決定議程；通過國民黨版本議程日程草案後，先進行報告事項，再邀請行政院長江宜樺報告；民進黨可在宣讀報告事項前提出倒閣。

根據憲法增修條文規定，不信任案提出七十二小時「冷靜期」後，四十八小時內需召開全院委員會審查，並以記名方式投票表決。林鴻池指出，若民進黨今天提出不信任案，下周一可舉行全院委員會推派政黨代表發言審查，下周二院會就可表決。

2AM成員鄭珍雲發生車禍時的坐駕照曝光，駕駛座破損嚴重令人擔憂當時駕車的經紀人的狀況。

昨晚(10月9日)播出的SBS TV節目《深夜的TV演藝》報導了本月6日（10月6日）在聞慶鳥嶺隧道與載重二十五噸大貨車相撞的鄭珍雲所乘車輛的情況。鄭珍雲當時乘坐的汽車幾乎蜷成一團，駕駛座破損嚴重，令人擔心駕駛座上的經紀人的狀況。

看到鄭珍雲事車禍照片的網友們紛紛表示：「我沒有想到原來是這麼嚴重的事故」、「不知道負責駕駛的鄭珍雲的經紀人狀況怎麼樣」、「在後座的鄭珍雲都是腳腕骨折的話，經紀人是什麼狀況啊」等等。
