諾貝爾文學獎今天揭曉，加拿大短篇小說女作家孟洛獲此殊榮。這是權威的諾貝爾文學獎自1901年首度頒發以來，第13位女性得主。以下為歷來文學獎女性贏家一覽：

| 東京辦公室空屋率降到4年低點

日本東京9月的辦公室空屋率降到7.9%，是4年來的最低水平，也比8月的8.16%進一步下降。東京股市房地產類股指數也上漲1.1%。受到安倍內倍各項擴張性財經政策的刺激，大企業信心回升，帶動東京辦公室的需求增加。9月單月便吸收了19000坪的辦公室樓面，比8月的8400坪增加逾一倍。
