| 漁村技競 廣大興舞台劇奪季軍

（中央社記者郭芷瑄屏東縣9日電）南區漁村婦女技藝競賽今天在屏東東港區漁會舉行，屏東縣琉球鄉婦女把廣大興28號漁船事件編成舞台劇，奪得第3名。
來自南部地區永安、琉球、雲林、澎湖、綠島、恆春等19個區漁會，出動400名漁村婆婆媽媽競賽，大家使出渾身解數，巧扮比基尼辣妹、媽祖娘娘、英勇的國軍弟兄、百老匯爵士女伶、漁村姑娘、敦煌樂舞中的仙女，以各式動態舞蹈、舞台劇，呈現1年來漁會家政班推廣教育工作成果。
比賽結果，由雲林區漁會奪冠，第2名屏東東港、林邊區漁會獲得，第3名為屏東琉球區漁會、台南縣與屏東枋寮區漁會。
琉球區漁村媽媽們，將轟動國際的琉球鄉「廣大興28號漁船」的故事，編出一齣振奮人心的舞台劇，滿地紅的國旗，持槍威武的國軍保護漁民，全場喝采。1021009

| 全球上網人數 年底前約27億

 （法新社日內瓦7日電） 聯合國國際電信聯盟（ITU）今天說，全球上網人數今年底前將約有27億人，占總人口的40%。
ITU說，上網人數去年多出2.5億人，但仍有44億人未能上網，其中9成住在開發中國家。
ITU也說，手機用戶數今年底前將達68億，幾乎接近全球總人口數。
ITU在年度報告中說，資訊通訊科技發展方面，南韓連續第3年居全球之冠，緊接是瑞典、冰島、丹麥、芬蘭和挪威。
報告說，荷蘭、英國、盧森堡和香港的排名也很高，英國從去年第11躋身前10。（譯者：中央社盧映孜）
