摘要：特偵組監聽立院0972總機案，內政委員會綠營召委段宜康及委員等10多人，今天上午到高等法院視察「通訊監察管理查核系統」，實地一窺司法的通訊監察機制。不過段宜康批評，透過情報系統下令的國安監察，司法的自動化系統無法監督，內控機制「有漏洞」，讓外界難以信任。 會後多名立委向高院反映，希望能列出法官一年所核准的監聽票數，列出排行榜，才能監督有無濫開監聽票的情形。

| 韓央行下調明年經濟增長預測

南韓央行表示，美國預算及債務上限問題的不確定性，對經濟帶來下行風險。另外，聯儲局縮減量寬規模也對全球經濟構成風險。
央行指出，內部需求及出口情況改善，目前通脹仍維持在較低水平，今年通脹率也由之前預測的1.7%調低至1.2%，明年為2.5%。
央行調低明年經濟增長預測，由之前預期增長4%下調至3.8%，今年經濟增長預測則維持在2.8%不變。
