【蘇聖怡／台北報導】民進黨正式宣布將提出不信任倒閣案，台聯主席黃昆輝今新聞稿表示，台灣的亂源是總統馬英九，即使倒閣也是繼續推出傀儡閣揆，執行馬的意志，根本無法解決台灣當前問題，對百姓也沒幫助，但倒閣後若國會重新改選，反而賦予馬英九新的民意基礎，幫助馬脫困。

不過，黃昆輝強調，友黨已發動倒閣，台聯基於捍衛台灣本土必須團結的立場，將加入倒閣行動。

氣象局表示。台灣沿海地區及蘭嶼、綠島、澎湖、金門、馬祖地區將有8至10級強陣風出現，請注意。
