【李宜儒／台北報導】看好鎳氫電池效能及安全性表現，系統電（5309）與日本電池大廠FDK（富士電氣化學）簽署合作備忘錄，雙方將共同開發、拓展鎳氫電池應用。法人估，未來2~3年可望為系統電帶入10億元營收貢獻。

系統電董事長李益仁表示，今年初開始跟FDK接洽，經半年多測試評估，雙方決定合作，未來將在手持與行動工具產品、機房緊急電力供應系統及超薄電池等3大領域導入鎳氫電池，同時集團公司包括系統電、工業電腦廠融程電（3416）、研廣科技及億泰興（3422），預計第4季開始，產品也會使用鎳氫電池。

　　今年在印尼峇里島舉行的APEC年度領袖高峰會，十月七日在前副總統蕭萬長的巧妙安排下，陸委會主委王郁琦和大陸國台辦主任張志軍見面，雙方在問候中，首次以官銜互稱，為兩岸交流互動寫下新頁。
    媒體及馬政府的態度，皆是將王張互稱官銜定義為兩岸「互不承認主權、互不否認治權」的最佳體現，也象徵彼此在「九二共識」基礎上的良性交往獲得認同。
    但是，我們從中國大陸官媒（新華網、人民網等）的報導中，仍未有互稱官銜的文字出現，依然將王郁琦稱呼為台灣當局主管大陸事務的負責人，意味著中國大陸官方在這件事情上顯得矛盾與謹慎。
　　若是北京當局正式稱呼官銜後，必須慎重考量到未來如何因應台灣領導人馬英九的「總統」官銜？中國大陸會有如此謹慎的兩面手法，原因是：一方面為內部有所交代，另一方面是必須審慎思考將來所會引發的政治效應。
　　因此，APEC會中的突破，雖然對兩岸關係發展有著象徵性意義，卻無法完全樂觀認為兩岸關係已突破當前的政治困局，無論是中國大陸的內部因素，甚至在後馬政府時期，相關重要法案能否順利在立院過關，此外，未來若處理深水區議題上，是否能讓台灣人民安心，都勢必牽動兩岸關係敏感神經。
