| 印度總理今年大選後將下台

印度總理辛哈三日表示，即使他所屬的印度執政黨國大黨贏得五月大選的勝利，他仍將在選後下台。他在三年來首次召開的記者會中表示：「大選結束後幾個月，我就會把棒子交給新總理。」（法新社3日電）

| 國考普通科及格 成績可保留5年

公務人員考試大變革！立法院今天三讀通過「公務人員考試法」修正案，未來高普考、特考將分階段、分考區舉行，且考生「普通科目」成績可保留5年，減輕考生壓力。此外，原訂公務員高、普考及格1年後即可申請轉調，新法從嚴規範，及格3年後才可轉調，避免公務員流動率過高。
為鼓勵民眾養育子女，新法增列正額錄取人員若育有3歲以下子女，可保留公務員資格3年，但配偶若是公務員，且已申請育嬰留職停薪則不得再申請。除原住民族、低收入戶可享報名費減半優惠外，中低收入戶也納入優惠對象。
此外，此次修法也下修進修碩、博士學位的保留年限，碩士從不得逾3年改為2年，博士從5年下修為3年，另增訂及格者有子女重症事由者，可保留2年。
