《晨間解盤》短線高檔整理，區間看8265～8439(大展證券提供)

【時報-晨間解盤】【時報-晨間解盤】美國總統歐巴馬將與國會對談，市場預期債限問題可望有解，激勵國際股市全面上漲。大盤周二亦以高盤開出，加上閣揆罷免案失敗，盤中指數再發動一波攻勢，最終台股便上漲93點、以8367點作收，不但回補了周一的跳空缺口，也收復了所有均線。

由各主要指數表現來看，漲勢最強者為昨天跌幅最深的中小型電子股（OTC），其次為電子和傳產，金融股則因連漲多日，指數今日呈現休息。成交量能部分，今天因盤中補量才得以放大至830億元，未來大盤如要上攻，仍將以900億左右的量作觀察。

大盤若要正式突破8439高點，仍有賴電子股表態，觀察周一重挫的電子股－華碩、F-TPK、F-鎧勝等，周二股價依舊下跌、呈現弱勢，短線上仍有待賣壓去化；面板股周二雖展開反彈，後續仍有待觀察法人籌碼是否轉賣為買。

周二領漲的族群為台積電供應鏈（設備）、高價股、資產股、汽車零組件及太陽能。台積電周四即將舉辦法說會，在市場多有所期待下，相關概念股短線可望續強。

外資周二現貨買超72億元，期貨部分則轉為淨空單、但口數仍低，故數據以偏多解讀。預料指數短線仍會呈現高檔整理格局，區間先看8265～8439。（大展證券提供）

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】新北市1名江姓已婚男子（30多歲）3年前得知「小三」(28歲)決定嫁人，把女方清涼照片上傳網路要脅「讓我們開心的享受最後一夜吧！」被害人忍辱遭性侵後完婚，未料江男再以補過生日為由逼姦，被害人報警逮人；高院昨依強制性交等罪，判江男6年7月徒刑。仍可上訴。

《蘋果》報導，2008年間，已婚9年的江姓男子與被害人發生婚外情，隔年底女方決定嫁給另名熱戀中的男友，江男不甘心竟狠掐被害人脖子說：「不要逼我把妳掐死。」被害人只好順從，慘遭性侵。

2010年6月，江男又在網路相簿貼上被害人許多清涼照片，在旁加註「怎麼可以在停車場吃掉我，害我噴得到處都是」等猥褻文字，被害人在法庭哭訴：「我為了結婚一直忍氣吞聲，但我再也受不了，希望斷絕他的恐嚇行為，所以才報警。」

高院認定江男共觸犯2次強制性交罪及1次強制性交未遂罪，昨合併判他應執行有期徒刑6年7個月。
