歐巴馬：貝納無法掌控共和黨

（中央社記者廖漢原華盛頓2013年10月15日專電）美國國會能否解決國債與政府關閉危機再度陷入僵局，總統歐巴馬今天抨擊共和黨籍眾議院議長貝納無法控制黨籍議員，他本人說話算話，如果願意妥協，就一定不會跑票。

歐巴馬15日接受多家美國地方媒體專訪，他在美國廣播公司紐約市會員台（WABC）訪問中指出，和貝納（John Boehner）協商，但結論不見得有利於極端共和黨議員，這使得他在黨內更沒有影響力。

歐巴馬表示，這種情況不斷重複，與貝納達成協議後，但回到議場，貝納無法控制共和黨議員，眼前的挑戰是貝納同意的協議是否算數。

歐巴馬進一步質疑貝納，是否真能交出兩黨妥協下的建議。歐巴馬強調，他本人說話算話，如果白宮願意妥協，就一定不會跑票，解決問題。

國會參、眾兩院和白宮15日你來我往，仍未就延展國債上限與政府開支找到最大公約數。眾院原定於15日晚間就共和黨版本草案表決，但共和黨掌握的票數不足，臨時表決取消。

歐巴馬對國會能否在國債危機最後24小時倒數階段提出方案仍具信心，他最後呼籲，國會應盡其職責，別再裝模作樣，大家都不該考慮面子問題和擔心政治效應。

《美國經濟》紐約製造業景氣指數創5個月新低

紐約聯邦儲備銀行10月15日公佈，經過季節性因素修正後，紐約州10月份製造業景氣指數較前月6.29點下跌至1.52點，此創下5個月新低並低於市場的預期，反映景氣復甦的力道仍然較弱。根據路透社的調查，經濟學家原先預期將上升至7.0點。另一方面，本月報告中對未來六個月展望的預期指數較前月40.64點小幅上揚至40.76點。

10月份景氣指數分項調查指標當中，新訂單指數較前月2.35點上揚至7.75點，出貨指數較前月16.43點下跌至13.12點。價格指標當中，支付價格指數較前月21.51點上揚至21.69點，收取價格指數較前月8.60點下跌至2.41點。就業市場指標當中，聘僱人數指數較前月7.53點下跌至3.61點，每週平均工時指數較前月1.08點上揚至3.61點。

紐約州製造業景氣指數在今年4月份短暫跌落負值之後重新回升至正值，指數高於0意味著製造業活動呈現增長，反之則為萎縮。該指數被視為衡量美國製造業狀況的早期指標之一。
