| 疑被監聽戀情曝光 高金素梅上午失聯

【何哲欣／台北報導】最新一期《壹週刊》報導，特偵組在2007年監聽立法院電話，其中對象之一就是無盟立委高金素梅，主要是懷疑高金賄選，且因當時高金正與現任內政部長李鴻源熱戀中，若兩人在手機中情話綿綿，特偵組可能都監聽得一清二楚，但因與案情無關，相關資料最後都要銷毀。
高金接受《壹週刊》訪問說，事後有收到監聽票，但身為立委早就有被監聽的心理準備，並不擔心。不過高金的手機上午無人接聽，高金辦公室說，高金到苗栗山區出差，手機無法接聽，辦公室對於監聽狀況並不清楚，還是要問高金本人。

| 蔡辦否認訪中 吳育昇：沒必要造謠

【黃揚明／台北報導】國民黨立委吳育昇上午爆料指民進黨前主席蔡英文即將訪問中國，但遭蔡辦及民進黨立委陳其邁嚴詞否認。吳育昇對此回應，他沒必要造謠，陳述的是他所知道的事實，但蔡辦否認「很合理」，因為民進黨前主席謝長廷訪中之前也一再否認，最後還是去了，「請記得今天說的話。」
吳育昇強調，「我知道的，比我講的還多。」但因蔡英文本人還沒親自回應，看到到時如何回應，再決定是否揭露更多資訊。他說，從蔡辦反應看出民進黨果然有「恐共症」，但真的不用把訪中當成毒蛇猛獸。

| 防國安機密外洩 王郁琦：特別公務用保密手機

監聽風暴越演越烈，甚至有週刊報導爆出從監聽內容中得知，立委高金素梅與內政部長李鴻源的緋聞戀情，以及某情治首長經常嫖妓。當前人人自危，恐怕自己的資訊被監聽外洩，特別是涉及國安機密的政府官員。陸委會主委王郁琦今天（16號）出席立法院內政委員會時就說，如果有特殊公務或談話時，就會使用保密手機。
王郁琦說：『有特殊公務，在執行上有保密需求的時候，我們會使用特殊的保密手機，是會這樣做！在進行特殊公務的時候。（記者：您手中有一隻？）我們是單位可以調，並不是每天拿著用，但是譬如說你去執行一個特別的公務，覺得有需要的時候，可以去把那個手機拿出來用。（記者：所以各個單位都有這隻手機？）牽涉到國安的幾個單位，應該都有這樣的需求。』
王郁琦認為，每個人都應該理解使用電話這種溝通工具的先天限制，無論是不是政府官員都應該注意。
