英國新飆股 皇家郵政漲50％

英國皇家郵政15日正式開始在倫敦證券交易所交易，開盤後股價狂升至每股4.90英鎊，比政府發行價每股3.30英鎊，上漲達50％。皇家郵政股價飆升，英國國會議員質疑英國政府低估了其價值，也可能有銀行或大企業涉嫌介入，藉此時機炒熱股價。下院商業委員會準備就此展開調查。

擁有500年歷史的英國皇家郵政私有化，是繼90年代英國鐵路民營化以來，英國規模最大的一項國有財產私有化，吸引大批投資者爭購，造成一股難求盛況。

皇家郵政這個月11日以英國政府招股定價範圍上限，每股3.30英鎊在倫敦股票交易所掛牌上市，開盤僅幾分鐘後，該股報價迅速上漲至每股4.50英鎊，大漲38％。15日在倫敦證交所正式展開交易後，每股股價更衝上4.90英鎊。

70萬名幸運搶購到英國皇家郵政最低認購限額750英鎊的公眾投資者，不到一星期內，便賺了360英鎊。隨著股價持續上揚，英國皇家郵政這所百年老店的身價也跟著水漲船高，由一個星期前的33億英鎊，翻身上漲到49億英鎊。

皇家郵政私有化在英國歷經多年討論，過程廣受爭議。英國政府表示，他們將出售至少52％的皇家郵政的股份，另有10％的股份留給皇家郵政的員工。英國政府希望透過私有化來集資推動郵政現代化，改善皇家郵政的競爭力。

機構投資者與公眾散戶都可認購股份。其中近三分之一的股份為小額投資。英國政府規定的最低認購限額為750英鎊。

皇家郵政的工會員工將在月底集會，準備在耶誕節郵政最繁忙期間進行罷工，展開部署，以抗議皇家郵政私有化對其退休金、薪資和未來就業保障的衝擊。

英國皇家郵政目前共有近16萬名員工，是英國最大的僱主之一。近年來受到網路和電子郵件，營運出現困境。過去5年，裁員超過5萬人，每天處理的信件和包裹數量，也從8千4百萬件，下降到5千8百萬件。
