大陸北方零售巨頭物美商業與泰國正大集團旗下的卜蜂蓮花昨日共同宣布，物美商業將收購蔔蜂蓮花在北京、上海及其他省份36家門店的業務；但廣東和湖南除外，交易方式為相互持股。

新快報今日報導，由於卜蜂蓮花持續虧損，因此這次門店出售被業界視為未來將撤出大陸市場的訊號。業內認為，儘管卜蜂蓮花虧損，但華東區門店位置正好彌補物美商業在華東區的弱勢。而越來越頻繁的資本運作，也折射出零售業盈利越來越困難。

廣東流通業商會執行會長黃文傑分析，對卜蜂蓮花而言，將上海等地業務交由物美，自身持股，可著重發展湘粵兩地；對物美而言，收購36家門店後在華北和華東區域規模擴張，取得區域性優勢，而認購股權後又能賺華南區的錢，「雙方是很平等的關係，都不是規模大、門店多的，專注做區域性會更好。」

他還指出，雖然之前卜蜂蓮花發出公告否認競標百佳，但並不意味著集團放棄競購，卜蜂蓮花所屬的正大集團，仍有可能成為百佳的接盤方，專攻華南市場。
