| 北市議會舊址解封 今再定調朝「文化觀光產業」開發

位於台北市中山南路與忠孝西路口的「台北市議會舊址」，公告地價達三十四億元，不過因為先前北市積欠勞健保費，遭中央查封，隨著九月中央解封，台北市政府為了加速開發，今天(十六號)再度開會定調，將北市議會舊址這塊基地，定調朝「文化觀光專用區」開發，未來基地開發會有三分之一以上，作為文化觀光產業用途，不過其餘三分之二還是可以作為商業使用。(林麗玉報導)
位於台北市精華區中山南路、忠孝西路口的「北市議會舊址」，基地面積廣達兩千七百多坪，以今年的公告地價計算，總價格高達34億，甚至市值高達167億元，由於先前北市府積欠中央健保費，市議會舊址這塊基地，也遭中央查封，不過隨著北市府陸續歸還勞健保費用，這塊位於監察院對面、位於台北市精華地段北市議會舊址，已經在九月份解封，北市財政局長陳盈蓉說，原本市府就將這塊基地，規劃為「文化觀光專用區」用途開發，十六號再度開會定調，為了盡快開發，確定未來會朝「文化觀光專用區」，未來基地開發會有三分之一作為文化觀光用途，不過其餘三分之二還是可以作為商業使用。
財政局長陳盈蓉說，目前這塊台北市議會舊址土地使用分區，為觀光文化產業用途，定調為文化觀光專用區，就不需要變更都市計畫，加快開發期程，至於未來如何開發？由民間投資開發？還是北市府自行開發規劃？目前還沒有定案。

國民黨立委吳育昇說，根據他查證的消息，大陸方面會有學術機構十月底在北京舉辦學術研討會，邀請蔡英文以專家學者的身份參加，再自然安排與官方人士會面，「規格絕對不亞於謝長廷」。
吳育昇說，根據他求證，大陸方面一直想邀蔡英文登陸，但一直沒有動靜；但在前行政院長謝長廷登陸後，蔡英文幕僚開始與大陸方面有互動，並給了「正面思考」的答案。
