【施旖婕╱綜合外電報導】美國眾議院和參議院今日通過解套法案，今日稍早總統歐巴馬已經正式簽署，聯邦政府正式重新開門。

這次通過的法案內容包括重啟政府機關，撥款讓聯邦政府可運作到明年1月15日，並將授權提高美國16.7兆美元舉債上限時間到明年2月7日，但兩黨將會在12月13日前完成如何降低赤字等預算協商。

【方翊倩／綜合報導】國立雲林科技大學一名副教授暑假率舞蹈團到義大利表演，事後被指控趁女團員如廁更衣時擅闖，男團員洗澡時，他也一絲不掛進浴室洗衣，搞得團員們精神緊繃、覺得噁心。

《蘋果》報導，女團員們指控如廁、更衣時，團長林恩賜多次擅闖。丁姓女團員表示，女團員們在寢室換劇服，團長不可能不知道，她脫到只剩內衣，林恩賜敲了二下門，還來不及應門他就直接進房。另一次如廁時，廁所門突然被林恩賜打開，她嚇得大聲尖叫。

林恩賜受訪表示，國外房間很多沒裝鎖，難免因誤開浴室門或宿舍房門有誤會，但印象中沒刻意闖進女廁或女團員宿舍情事。
