【國際中心╱綜合外電報導】中國福建省廈門市發展快速，建案如雨後春筍般冒出，也吸引了許多建築工人到當地打零工圖溫飽。
 
根據中新社的報導，廈門建築工人住在一天租金6元人民幣（約29元台幣）的貨櫃屋中，當起了「櫃族」。這些貨櫃屋離興建中的工地僅一街之遙，每當休息時間或下班，工人們便回到這臨時的住所中吃飯與睡覺。這些「宿舍」還富有公共浴室與廁所，寢室內靠牆分兩排擺了五張雙層床板，中間的走道僅容兩人並肩站立，與宿舍附近的高樓形成強烈對比。

【何梅慈／台北報導】知名廚衛代理商楠弘廚衛，於台北直營門市弘堂廚具展出「混凝土概念廚房」，期望帶來不同的廚房生活概念。這項作品於2012年米蘭家具展首度曝光，由德國廚具精品品牌bulthaup所設計，廚櫃厚度僅1公分的輕薄混凝土檯面，展現清水模般粗獷高雅的質感。楠弘廚衛廣告企劃葉育杉表示：「其混凝土不易龜裂，且觸摸起來如磁磚般光滑。」展期至10月25日止。

另一家廚衛代理商麗舍生活國際，預計11月初引進德國頂級品牌ALNO的橡木浮雕門板廚具，產品所呈現的立體美感，予人不一樣的視覺感受。
