【陳威廷／台北報導】故宮人氣館藏「翠玉白菜」與「肉形石」明年將分別赴東京與九州展出兩周，外界憂心國寶出國可能受損，對此，文化部長龍應台表示，故宮文物是台灣之寶，是我們從事文化外交最厲害、最溫柔的武器，應用最大力氣去說服、突破所有法規限制。她說，國寶出去是台灣與世界交朋友最好的東西，任何突破都值得。

【晏明強／台北報導】馬英九總統日前在國慶文告宣示「兩岸不是國際關係」引發綠營抨擊，昨天他在國民黨中常會說明政府推動兩岸直航，挽救了台灣的航空業的成就時，又把目前兩岸航線與美國國內航線類比，再度引發爭議。馬說，國內航線因高鐵完全停頓，一家一家業者退出市場，國際航線也無法解決航空公司虧損，但因為政府推動兩岸直航，才把航空業救下來了，「這也是我到現在最感到欣慰的事」。

馬英九強調，美國的國內航線遠比國際航線繁榮，因為國內航點更多、消費力較強，「大陸跟台灣現在正是這樣一個關係」，目前台灣跟大陸間的航線，遠遠超過台灣的國際航線，如果台灣航空公司不飛大陸航線，不可能只靠國際航線生存下去。

國民黨中常會昨天安排交通部長葉葉匡時報告交通重大施政成果。馬英九表示，他上任後兩岸通航，從本來完全沒有任何班機，只有零星假日包機，目前每周有670班，一天就有95班，不能不說是一個「小革命」。馬指出，他與航空業沒有任何私人關係，但台灣是海島須有航空、航海業，否則國家無法發展，當國際航線無法解決航空公司的虧損，政府推動兩岸直航挽救了航空業。
