美政府關門16天後，參眾二院今日稍早通過解套法案，美國政府望恢復正常運作，激勵美股四大指數聞訊大漲，亞股早盤亦歡聲雷動展開慶賀行情，日股大漲逾1%最為強勢，中國上證指數亦有將近0.6%漲幅，台股今日下午有重量級半導體龍頭台積電法說會，加上兩岸首度金保會登場，同樣一開盤就以上漲65.58點噴出，旋即衝破8400點關卡，一度大漲80點，不過盤中有解套賣壓出籠下，8400點大關又得而復失。

美國參眾議院同步通過法案，暫時調高舉債上限，並撥經費給政府使其得以全面重啟運作，美國財政僵局不確定因素緩解，激勵亞股今幾乎全面走揚，日股最強，一路都維持1%左右的高檔漲幅，韓股今日開高拉回，上漲約0.33%，港股亦開高拉回，漲幅為0.23%。
