| 勞委會推拖官司 關廠工人怒

中國時報【潘杏惠／台北報導】
全國關廠工人訴訟案，立法院社福暨衛環委員會昨天要求勞委會將100多件尚未判決的官司，主動聲請移轉管轄至行政法院；不過勞委會主委潘世偉僅允諾會向各管轄民事法院轉達立法院主決議。全國關廠工人連線則在立法院前抗議，痛批潘世偉沒擔當，把責任全推給立法院，揚言11月10日全代會，一定會如影隨形丟鞋嗆馬。
民進黨立委林淑芬表示，勞委會主委潘世偉擺明就是不會主動向地院聲請移轉審理，實在令人失望。民進黨立委劉建國則質疑，關廠工人案的判決有多種結論，潘世偉身為勞委會主委，理應可加以統籌、處理周全，而且這也算是政績、功德，不懂潘世偉為何沒有作為。
國民黨吳育仁也說，關廠工人案的判決各法院見解歧異，儼然是「1種貸款、2種命運」，勞委會應主動做出解釋，也應全面撤告。
但是勞委會對立委的提議都不為所動，始終堅持只會向各管轄民事法院轉達立法院主決議。
全關連昨天也在立院外抗議，高喊「殺人政客哪裡跑，萬人威鞋追著跑」口號，並把募集到的鞋子，丟往戴著馬英九、潘世偉面具的成員身上，發洩怒火。
全關連宣布，全代會舉辦前會發動「募鞋列車」行動，一路從台北募到台中，希望募1萬隻鞋子在當天丟往馬英九。
