http://www.llafcdll.com/2013/10/blog-post_6149.html =============================================================== 店名: [台中清水] 京鼎牛乳鍋 地址: 台中市清水區中山路86號之2 電話: 04-2622-5123, 0912-225123 營業時間: 11:00--14:00, 16:30--21:00 價位範圍(每人)：90--130元 刷卡（可/不可）：不可 停車場：無 =============================================================== 京鼎牛乳鍋是在中山路上,因為對她的店名很好奇,便上門吃鍋試試. 京鼎牛乳鍋是位於美二佳,肉圓仔湯的中間, 店家的價目表就貼在門口,讓顧客一目了然. 店家待客還蠻親切地,推一下! 店內用餐的環境蠻寬敞的,店家的最底部是飲料區,醬料區. 最左邊的飲料味道有點奇怪,不愛. 還是直接喝中間的白開水. 衛生紙是在醬料區的上方. 右邊的醬料區挺多種的,味道尚可. 店家的鍋類是90--130元, 除了鍋類旁有標示可以選的肉類,一般都是放豬肉片. 除了鍋類之外,店家也有加料區. 南洋叨沙鍋(130元) 店家會附贈一碗白飯. 南洋叨沙鍋是一般火鍋類比較少出現的口味, 所以,我就點來試試口味.　 店家的南洋叨沙鍋看起來很濃郁, 不過,濃度尚可,鹹度倒是比較明顯,不適合直接喝湯頭. 裡面有雞蛋.火鍋料,冬粉,豬肉片,高麗菜. 雞蛋挺嫩的,火鍋料新鮮度尚可,豬肉片不會過乾. 鴨血普通,熱狗,貢丸新鮮度還好, 米血口感綿密,味道還ok.高麗菜脆度尚可, 整體而言,南洋叨沙鍋味道不如想像中美味, 裡面的料也算普通,沒有讓人很驚艷, 也許是沒有點到店家的主力商品,覺得沒有很好吃. 改天再去試試店家的牛乳鍋看看. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.253.133.174
