標題[請益]聘缺選擇(顧問業 vs 科技業)

代po，請各位先進指點迷津 以下 公司 工程顧問 旭X能源科技 地點 台中市 苗栗(偏南) 職缺 環境工程師 廠務工程師 月薪 N(無4k)，約隔年5月會+4k N+1~4(預估)，調薪方面不清楚 交通 摩托車(25~30分鐘) 應該住宿(通勤約120分鐘) 工時 0800~1800(週休二日) 做二休二(一天12 hr) (目前看來顯少加班) 加班 目前看來極少有加班費 應該有 福利 普通 應該會比較好 工作內容 規劃設計與分析 操作面並確保產線正常運作 小的為四中之ㄧ理工應屆碩士畢，由於畢業已久找不到理想的工作(至少100天) 所以日前面試一間公司說要錄取我，我二話不說就答應了 但確定上班後隔天另間前些日子應徵的科技業也打電話來表明錄取 抉擇有點陷入兩難，畢竟這是第一份工作 2個條件各有優劣，目前還是希望以家鄉為首選(台中)，工作內容應該有些差異 雖然當初畢業前就設定往科技業方向走，但都沒能獲的各大公司親睞 因此在於時間與壓力之下，就想說先做在說吧，不然時間拖下去也不是辦法 但做沒幾天就接到科技業電話，由於在下畢業前就設定往科技業發展 所以讓我很猶豫，除了待遇與福利應該會比顧問好一點 但距離方面也是我考量的因素(在外生活約7.8年了)，0故希望以中部為主 請版上科技人或資深業界人幫忙解惑...在下感激不盡 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 182.155.40.84
