| 城管文明執法 小販好不習慣

大陸「廣州市」最近修訂「城市管理綜合執法工作規範」，其中規定，以後「城管」，在對小販執法時，要有禮貌，執法之前，要先說「您好」，執法之後，要說「謝謝」等文明禮貌用語。不過小販說，城管太有禮貌，他們不習慣。
大陸「城管」與小販之間你追我跑，彼此矛盾，已經是長久以來的習慣了，所以城管太有禮貌，小販還被嚇到。有大陸媒體就報導說，城管循例抓小販時，只脫口說了一個「您」字，小販早已拔腿開跑。小販直言，城管太彬彬有禮，他們不習慣，甚至還覺得城管是不是別有用心。

【黃馨儀／台北報導】對行政院承諾研擬方案，獎勵企業企業替員工加薪，於政府近日呼籲企業加薪，台達電榮譽董事長鄭崇華今午參加台日產業合作智庫論壇後表示，其實台達電員工的薪水本來就比其他企業高，除了每月薪資外、還有紅利分紅的制度。
而台達電每年都會根據獲利，來跟員工分享利潤，每年至少加薪幅度3%~5%；他也強調，員工薪資的確需要有競爭性，或是讓員工進修、提升管理能力，才能找到好員工並讓員工進步。
