　　長期以來，台灣中小企業因財力、物力、專業人才等較短缺，安全衛生設施往往因陋而簡，為了協助中小企業加強減災工作，桃園縣政府於2007年開始執行「勞工安全衛生在地扎根計畫」，以提升桃園工安文化，達到減災目標。

　　桃園縣為工商大縣，勞工人數已達九十幾萬人，且在公共建設進行的同時，要避免職災的發生，桃園縣政府成立了專業工安輔導團，針對中小企業實施安全衛生訪視輔導、設施補助及教育宣導等，於2010年開始，每年成立3個勞工安全衛生家族，截至目前已成立了12大家族，超過200多家的中小企業參與。

　　為協助工安較弱的中小企業，鼓勵工安優良大型企業以大廠帶小廠的方式，互助合作與經驗傳承，改善職場安全衛生，並提升其自主管理能力，使勞安工作在地生根茁壯，達成職場減災與促進勞工健康的目標。

　　為持續推動工安自主管理，凝聚民間工安能量，鼓勵企業善盡社會責任，桃園縣政府於10月17日，在假中山科學研究院第四研究所龍園園區，舉辦「桃園縣勞工安全衛生家族大會師」，聚集12大家族，共同展示及發表工安運作成果，並表揚桃園縣獲勞工安全衛生績優獎及五星獎的績優企業。

　　表揚過典禮後同時舉行工安自主管理宣誓儀式，傳達投資公安、勞動平安的理念，期待更多雇主中是職場安全，向優良企業觀摩學習，打造桃園成為更優質、更安全的幸福城市。（攝影／黃驤）
