中國手機品牌步步高昨日（10/16）在官方新浪微博宣布最新旗艦智慧型手機將命名為「vivo Xplay 3S」，並搭載 2,560 x 1,440pixels 解析度 2K 螢幕。vivo Xplay 3S 內建 Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 處理器，支援 TDD-LTE 與 FDD-LTE 雙 4G 網路，並且主打擁有 Hi-Fi 影音效果技術。外傳 vivo Xplay 3S 將採用旋轉機身與超窄邊框設計，可能會在 2013 年 12 月在中國發表。

【吳惠菁／綜合報導】郭采潔最近在花東拍新片《寒蟬sex appeal》，她昨晚在微博向當地鄉親致謝：「明天我要回家了，過幾天再回來！要謝謝台東和花蓮民眾、店家、大學、飯店、政府單位的照顧……你們的參與要助我們明年春天走去坎城！」
 
她也透露收到台東大學學生的私訊，她表示：「我其實真的很喜歡有時候這樣偷偷回覆你們信息！因為我有時候也會寫信給我仰慕的人，然後他們有的時候也會回覆我，這是讀草間彌生自傳時候的啟發！她也寫信給她的偶像。」該學生惋惜自己無緣遇見在校園拍片的她，她回應「希望有機會在某個角落遇到」，十足窩心。

國中之後沒有繼續練田徑 只有國小有

今年才開始練標槍 今年市運會拿到冠軍 最遠只有50m

沒有教練教 只有體育老師代我練 我目標想進雄中體育班 距離想拉到60m

拚拚看全中運前三

請問現在開始我需要怎麼訓練體力跟技巧呢 (我扣槍很差 有時候丟出去都不會晃)

我目前只有跑跑操場就直接去練標槍 沒有任何課表

沒被訓練操過我怕會輸體育班或別人一大截
