　　兩片和著蔥花的蘇打餅乾，夾入軟硬適中、獨家調配的香蔥牛軋餅，這樣的滋味近來風靡全台。可是早在多年前，藏身花蓮傳統市場的小攤販，已經開始被吃出口碑，賀蜜雅夾心，一份令客人回味再三的味道，背後卻是深深的姊弟情感。

　　完全無烘焙背景的老闆工程持家，支撐著一家六口的生計。由於子女尚小，每當一開學，教育的龐大支出常壓得喘不過氣，老闆帶著感激表示，遠在高雄的姊姊與姊夫，心疼弟弟的辛苦，把研發數年從不傳人的牛軋糖夾心傳授給弟弟，甚至手把手的教學，起初在花蓮傳統市場秤斤論兩試水溫地賣，漸漸地客人認同這份味道，弟弟萌生設立店面的想法，但受限於資本不足，姊姊更無二話地幫助他，這份傳達給家人的真情滋味，於是飄香後山。

　　展店初期，在老闆品質堅持與把關下，老顧客口耳相傳，傳到外地有遊覽車特地來買，但工廠尚小，製作擔心趕不上需求；老闆笑著說，那時候客人很可愛，直接請司機先繼續旅程，老闆做好直接送過來就好，指名就是要帶走這份味道，分享給親友。欣慰之餘，老闆全力製作，下午完工後開了20多公里路送到崇德，全力以赴的精神，就是要將姊姊的招牌擦亮！〈攝影╱林新凱〉
