「行政院食品藥品安全會報」召集人副院長毛治國，今（23）日下午舉行記者會，對近日發生大統公司油品混充且有添加銅葉綠素等重大食品業者違法案件，強調政府為食品安全把關並全面打擊不法決心。

對於外界關切現有食品安全把關機制的有效性等議題，政院已要求相關機關全面檢視現行食品安全管理機制進行全面檢討及改進，包括：加強食品原料、食品添加物（化學物質）等源頭管理、增加第三方監控、落實食品上市後的市場稽查管理，以及全面檢視現有各項認證制度等。

民進黨立委田秋堇、趙天麟今在立法院社福衛環委員會提案，要求衛福部食品藥物管理署全面清查含棉籽油產品油源。衛福部次長許銘能承諾兩周內清查完成。提案也要求清查含棉籽油產品內是否含棉酚，許銘能表示，應先從源頭追查。

立委林淑芬出示多樣在便利商店購買的知名品牌加工品，包裝標示使用棉籽油，卻不知從何而來。由於台灣諸多棉籽油產品對國人安全風險性極高，她要求食品衛生管理署全面清查，所有含棉籽油產品及製造地點，在台灣油源為何，全面清查棉籽油所有產品，是否含有棉酚。

衛福部長邱文達今天表示，將向黑心食品廠商宣戰，衛福部會持續打擊不法，一步一步執行過去提出的新食管法。衛福部提出新食管法後，未來將重罰廠商，未來還會追究刑事責任，追繳不當利得。

他說，目前全台有163家油品廠，目前查了76家，未來衛福部也會鼓勵檢舉。
