【陳亮諭／綜合報導】大統長基食品公司爆發用廉價油混充高檔油賺取暴利，離職員工指控，曾連續工作108天、每天12小時完全沒休假，公司卻說無法排假，稱董事長高振利「是卡通海綿寶寶裡的『蟹老闆』，愛錢、貪小便宜，又苛刻員工」。

《蘋果》報導，曾在大統任職10年的倪姓離職員工痛罵，高振利非常情緒化，常對員工拍桌大罵，找藉口、名目，剋扣員工薪水。高振利幾乎以廠為家，六、日才回台中西屯區豪宅，一家6口人人都有1輛百萬名車，迷信幸運號碼「55」連號車牌，會花錢買車牌。

大統長基公司董事長高振利住台中百坪豪宅，市價超過八千萬，開百萬名車出入，對員工卻苛刻無比，在大統做卅幾年的課長，月薪僅四萬。

高振利住豪宅，經營的大統長基年營業額達十五億元，對員工卻是斤斤計較，連加班費也要剋扣，每年都有員工為了加班費，請求勞資調解，就連心腹調配室課長溫瑞彬也不滿，對檢察官全盤托出「密室調油」秘辛。

「我為他工作快卅年，每天泡在油堆裡幫他調油，頭家賺飽飽，我月薪才四萬多元，實在讓我切心！」溫瑞彬告訴檢察官，油品配方是老闆寫的，實際調配都是他執行，為大統闖下一片天，高振利卻沒有特別照顧他，他擔心丟了飯碗，只能繼續熬下去。

檢方調查，高振利給員工的待遇，作業員薪水只有二、三萬元，在加班費上對員工錙銖必較。彰化縣勞工處副處長何俊昇說，大統公司每年約有四到五件勞資調解案，幾乎都是員工投訴加班費被少算，今年投訴的四名員工指稱，兩年來公司少算他們的加班費達一百零八萬元。

勞工處到大統稽查時，曾發現廠內外籍勞工被使喚到廠區掃地、剪草，卻沒給加班費，勞工處當場罰大統二萬元。

【記者謝進盛、修瑞瑩／台南報導】大統的辣椒油不含辣椒，疑以化學調劑「辣椒紅」染色，台南市衛生局昨查訪進口的麗寶實業，業者聲稱是用辣椒製成的天然色素，衛生局卻發現業者是以「精油」項目進口。
