代工訂單增 尖點明年營收超越今年

〔記者蔡乙萱／台北報導〕印刷電路板（PCB）廠尖點（8021）董事長林序庭昨日表示，明年成長動力將來自於與客戶合作鑽孔代工，預計明年上半年會有明顯成果，明年全年營收有機會超越今年水準。此外，尖點內部也擬定5年發展計畫，宣示將在2015年時，達成鑽針銷售與代鑽孔業務營收比重各占50%的目標。

尖點9月營收2.32億元，創歷史新高，第三季營運呈現逐月成長走勢；觀察尖點第三季PCB產業產能利用率約85%-90%，鑽針的產能利用率約90%左右，代工部分則約在70%-75%。公司預估，10月營運可望維持高檔，不過11月、12月須視整體狀況而定，整體第四季營運可望與上季持平，亦不排除超越第二季水準，單季營收再刷新高。

林序庭表示，尖點持續與客戶開發0.050mm及0.060mm鑽針，達成以機鑽加工0.075mm以下孔徑的可能性；其中，0.050mm及0.060mm鑽針是目前業界最小，正與客戶開發中，已開始小量試產，未來PCB業將走向專業的分工趨勢。

TPCA Show 2013於23日正式開展，身為PCB製程鑽針及代鑽孔服務廠的尖點在會中也提出未來營運發展說明，並同時展出包括HDI、軟板、載板及汽車板、HLC高層次板等相關製程應用之新產品。

【陳偉周／新北報導】世界華人保釣協會理事長黃定為（本名黃錫麟）與3名保釣人士，今天晚間7時許，在萬里安檢所準備航駛20噸永春號要出海釣魚，遭到海巡署人員阻擋，黃嗆：「我們要去宣示主權！」雙方發生爭執，黃甚至報警被打，但警方到場確定根本沒事即離去。
 
海巡署表示，永春號仍有積欠基隆漁會20萬債務，因此遭到地方法院查封，限制出海，目前黃男等4人，仍在現場與海巡署人員僵持不下，基隆市政府漁業署已派員到場關切。
